the service
THE WAX REMEMBERS is a subscription tool that performs candle formulation arithmetic and stores the recipes you save. It does not manufacture, test or certify candles.
your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
subscription and billing
Access to the calculator requires an active subscription of $10 USD per month, billed automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Charges already made are non-refundable except where required by law.
acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, resell, scrape or reverse engineer the service, and do not use it to store unlawful content.
no warranty
The service is provided as is. Calculations are mathematical estimates. You are solely responsible for testing, safety and compliance of any product you make or sell.
changes
We may update these terms or the pricing of the service. Material changes will be communicated to the email on your account before they take effect.
